Text Box: Build Effective Narrations Authors can build effective narrations from two types of component clips: general orientation clips, like introduction and summary, added to the slide background and specific content clips added to individual PowerPoint screen objects to significantly improve learning.
Like a Live Presenter To simulate a live presenter pointing to screen objects, Speech-Over animates the individual screen objects to draw the viewer’s attention as the specific content clips talk about them. In this way, object animations illustrate and Text Box: Record-Over is a PowerPoint add-in that lets presentation authors and course developers use recorded narration and animation to achieve the impact of a live presentation in e-learning, training and web presentations in a easy and economical way.
Easy Recording Recording the narration with a microphone is made easy by interfacing with standard sound editors like Sound Recorder and Audacity. The software also lets you import sound files

Recording a PowerPoint Narration

Ø Synchronized PowerPoint Narration  - PowerPoint lets you add narration to a slide, but doesn't let you synchronize it with the slide’s visual animations. Speech-Over uses Tuval’s Voice Effect Marshalling technology to deliver a synchronized PowerPoint slide narration automatically by adding narration clips and animation effects to slide objects.

Ø Easy to Change Narration - This simple modular approach makes it much easier to change PowerPoint narration on a slide. To rearrange the narration order, reorder the clips. To change part of the narration, rerecord that clip only.

Ø Interactive Narration -  A PowerPoint screen object talks whenever it is clicked on with Speech-Over’s interactive narration. Both sequential and interactive narration can play on a slide.

Ø Multiple Audio Sources - Authors can use microphone recording and pre-recorded audio files in a presentation - even on the same slide.

Ø Uses Popular Audio Editors - Developers can record and edit narration with popular audio editors such as the MS Sound Recorder and the free digital audio editor Audacity.

Ø Clear Screen and Add More Content The amount of text you can put on a PowerPoint slide without crowding is limited. Move vital text content to recordings and subtitles while actually increasing the amount of content you can add to the presentation. This important feature lets PowerPoint store and present valuable enterprise content.

Ø Convert to Flash - View the narrated presentation as a PowerPoint slide show or convert it into Flash for Web applications and e-learning with popular PPT to Flash tools such as Camtasia, Articulate® and ViewletCam .
