I get the following error message when installing:
The installer has encounter an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869.
What should i do?

This error occurs with Vista. It means that the user does not have administrative privileges to install and this can occur even if the user had administrative privileges.
We are working on a solution to this problem.

This error occurs during installation. There are several possiblities
1. The user needs administrative permissions
2. Download the product exe file to a different location and try installing from there.

For Windows 7 when the UAC was disabled it started to work.
Same for uninstall.
Remember to reenable the UAC afterwards.
